The site noted that over 100 critics in 15 countries were polled to compile the list. While it was acknowledged that the list featured very few female hip-hop entertainers – credence was given to the work of Queen Latifah, who featured at number 19 for U.N.I.T.Y.; Lauryn Hill at number 21 for Doo Wop (That Thing) and Rihanna who joined Kid Cudi in featuring on Kanye West’s All Of The Lights which clocked in at number 24.
