It is understood that Cephas had issues with the management of the club over contract and salary. It is also said that he was having concerns about internal interference.

Cephas, who played midfield for Harbour View as well as Boys’ Town in the island’s top-flight football competition, took up duties at his former club in July, after returning from England, where he coached at youth academies.

It is understood that technical director Gregory Barley will temporarily fill the head coach position at Harbour View.

Harbour View are currently third in the league on 10 points, behind newcomers Molynes United who are on 18 and Waterhouse on 16.
