Kanye West’s team visits Emancipation Park ahead of free concert

Kanye West’s team was at the Emancipation Park in New Kingston on Wednesday afternoon for a site visit ahead of the entertainer’s free concert in Jamaica on Friday.

Earlier today, BUZZ broke the news that the American rapper is expected to perform with his 120-member choir at the Sunday Service Music Experience on Friday. The event is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.

It is understood that the site visit, which lasted for a few hours, was also attended by officials from the Ministry of Culture.

This will be West’s second time performing in Jamaica, as he performed in Jamaica at Reggae Sumfest in 2004.
