Stephen secured the spot after African Giant, an album from afrobeat artiste Burna Boy, was nominated in the Best World Music Album category.

The album, which was released in July, highlighted Burna Boy’s appreciation for Jamaican music, as it also had collaborations and samples from Jamaican artiste such as Damian ‘Junior Gong’ Marley, Serani, and Blak Ryno.

In announcing the news to his fans recently via his Instagram story, Stephen said: “Another One.”

Stephen is no newbie to Grammy certification. In 2017, he was recognised for his work on Damian ‘Jr Gong’ Marley’s Stony Hill in the Best Reggae Album category and Latin pop singer Shakira’s El Dorado in the category of Best Latin Pop Album. Both albums won in their respective categories.
