Chronixx says all is not ‘Safe N Sound’ in new single

The latest single by reggae star Chronixx is a call for “ghetto youths” to “wise up” as all is not well.

Safe N Sound – released on March 12 -is the artiste’s first single of the year, and picks up on the wave of successes he rode throughout the pandemic-hit 2020.

The single, co-produced by Chronixx and Romain ‘Teflonzincfence’ Arnett, was released alongside a post-apocalyptic video which sees him calling for “more love flowing in the streets”.

Conversations on the state of the nation, and the world at large, find Chronixx in fine form as he ponders on the future (our children) who continue to be slain daily.

Years of brainwashing, meat consumption, drug use and media biases are all considerations that the Cool As The Breeze singer give to possible causes for the current state of decline, even as he pleads for the youth to think critically.

The captivating video, which he co-directed, has received more than 400 thousand views on YouTube since its release.

Chronixx will release his Dela Splash album, the follow-up to the 2017’s acclaimed Chronology, this year.
