Dubbing her “one of Jamaica’s hottest female dancers on the dancehall scene”, growing clothing brand, The Bridge has signed Desha Ravers as their newest brand ambassador. Desha who is the daughter of King of the dancehall, Beenie Man, now joins dancehall’s Top Gyal, Shaneil Muir as a face for the brand.

Desha Ravers has since been prominently featured on the brand’s website. During browsing, images of her sporting different items from their collection immediately pops up on the site’s home page.

The announcement was made via social media on Monday. In a one-minute introduction video, Desha Ravers is seen sporting different items from the brand’s clothing line including track suits and mesh caps. As the camera zooms out to show off the sole female ravers’ entire outfit, Ding Dong’s hit single Gweh begins to play. The song is named after a dance move created by Desha herself who wasted no time in showing off her dance skills.

“It’s official! Your girl is now a brand ambassador for @thebridgeofficial_also known as the #TopBrand‼”

But before she gets into full-on dance mode, Desha pauses to look directly into the camera as she states “Bridge, have a buzz.” The video on the brand’s official IG page was captioned, “The #TopBrand Formally introduces our latest brand ambassador, Desha – @desharavers! Remembering that every journey requires The BRIDGE and we are happy to officially welcome you to the #TopBrandFamily.”

The video was also posted to Desha Ravers’ official Instagram page with the caption; “It’s official! Your girl is now a brand ambassador for @thebridgeofficial_also known as the #TopBrand‼”

She also used the opportunity to tell her half a million followers to head over to the brand’s official website to shop the looks she’s sporting in the video bragging that “it will be the best decision you’ve made all year and that’s no cap!”

Desha Ravers is no stranger to fashion partnerships. Back in 2018, the dancer signed with Western Sports Ltd as their official stylist. Then in November 2020 with dreams of firestarting her own brand, the entertainer launched Desha Merch with items ranging from T-shirts to pullovers and bucket hats on sale.

Desha Ravers is being managed by Romeich Entertainment.
