GQ names Megan Thee Stallion ‘Rapper of the Year’

Megan Thee Stallion has been stacking up on accolades this year. In the latest accomplishment, the ‘Hot Girl Coach’ has been named GQ Magazine’s ‘rapper of the year’.

This achievement comes before she releases her debut album, which is slated to be released on November 20.

Megan Thee Stallion’s cover of the latest edition of the GQ is one of three special covers released in honour of the 25th annual Men of the Year issue.

In the interview, she divulged a range of issues including her experience the night it’s alleged rapper Tory Lanez shot her.

Megan Thee Stallion revealed that Lanez tried to buy her silence after he allegedly shot her.

“Like, I never put my hands on nobody,” she says. “I barely even said anything to the man who shot me when I was walking away. We were literally like five minutes away from the house.”

“I can’t believe you even think I want to take some money. Like, you just shot me,” she said.
