Following the public breakup with Latisha Kirby and the allegations of abuse, comedian Majah Hype has cancelled his birthday celebration.
The United States-based entertainer had been promoting his Passion Weekend for weeks. It was scheduled to be held from Friday, December 11, to Sunday, December 13, in Atlanta, Georgia. The booked guests were Spice, Kranium, Jagged Edge, Safaree, Erica Mena and Michael Blackson.
But when checked were made on eventbrite.com on Tuesday, it was revealed that the event won’t be held.
“Canceled. This event is no longer available online,” a notice on the page said. It is not clear if the people who already bought tickets would get a refund.
When checked, Majah Hype did not share any information about the cancellation on his Instagram page.
This latest development comes after several messy days between Majah Hype and his ex-fiancee, Latisha Kirby.
Kirby claimed that she had been physically abused and was the victim of revenge porn after a sex tape with her was leaked.
Majah Hype also came forward with several claims, but he did not directly address the allegations made against him.
