If you happen to have US$20 million and the urge to own a private island in The Bahamas, then have we got a deal for you.
The archipelago will be offloading a 730-acre undeveloped island for the meagre price of US$19.5 million at auction on March 26.
Called Little Ragged Island, or St Andrews if the former doesn’t appeal to you, the island has two freshwater ponds, six miles of coastline and assorted flora and fauna.
Concierge Auctions, which listed the island, said it could be made into a private home or resort with enough space for an 18-hole golf course.
And if you’re still undecided, the initial listing price was US$35 million so this is quite the steal!
Get your coins together, BUZZ fam, as bidding closes on March 31.
