“It’s time,” she said as All I Want For Christmas Is You begins.
On that day, the streams for the song jumped to 940,000, up from 345,000 on October 31, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data. People also listened to it 917,000 times on November 2.
The track has even has reentered the Top 100 on US iTunes Songs chart since then.
Mariah released the song in 1994, and it was included on her album, Merry Christmas.
Last year, All I Want For Christmas Is You even managed to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart, showing that its popularity has not faded decades after its release.
