Fast-rising reggae artiste Jahbar-I is hoping to get his first Grammy nomination with his debut album, titled Jahbar-I Deyah.

The 16-track album that was produced by Jahbar-I and his father, legendary Fire House Crew Band drummer George ‘Dusty’ Miller, was released late last year on the Wizkilful imprint.

Miller says the album was submitted to the Grammy board for consideration in the Best Reggae Album.

“We are very grateful that it is being considered for nomination.”
