Piggy’s Jerk Centre and Restaurant in Port Antonio was unfortunately destroyed by fire on September 29th.

Before its destruction, it served as a popular eatery for the stars and crew of the James Bond movie “No time to Die” that was being filmed in the area to include James Bond star himself, Daniel Craig.

Since the unfortunate incident, a GoFundMe page has been launched by Matt Clarke who was a part of the project. He is calling on persons to contribute with this message:
“On Thursday 26th September a huge fire tore through Piggy’s Jerk Centre and the adjacent restaurant. It is reported that 15 jobs have been lost as a result along with one of Port Antonio’s most loved local eateries. For those of us who made Piggy’s our local during our time in PA please pledge a few quid to help get Piggy back on his feet and cooking that damn fine chicken again”.

Since then over £2,000 has been raised for the project to include £400from Daniel Craig and £1000 from Eon Productions that produces the James Bond franchise of movies.
We don’t know when the funds will be donated but we respect that move BUZZ fam and we hope to visit the re-built joint soon Piggy!
