Footballer Leon Bailey has retreated to Jamaica with his son, Leo Cristiano, who will spend his first Christmas in the tropics.
One can hardly blame the Bayer Leverkusen player for fleeing Europe’s cold weather for warmer climes during the festive season, particularly with the coronavirus pandemic continuing its relentless assault on the continent.
Bailey shared several Instagram Stories of the undisclosed hotel where he and his family are staying. In one Story, the footballer is seen holding his son and trying to get his attention for the camera. However, Leo Cristiano (not named for either football great, Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo) was not having it and paid his dad no mind.
Bailey recently made the news following an open show of support for his adopted father and agent, Craig Butler, who is embroiled in a legal suit with his son Kyle over allegations of abuse.
