Noted Jamaican sprinter Veronica Campbell-Brown is hosting master classes on coping with stress in partnership with Airbnb.
Titled ‘Sprinting through stress with Veronica’, the class is part of Airbnb’s Olympian and Paralympian collection which puts people in virtual spaces with some of the world’s greatest athletes.
Campbell-Brown’s online experience costs US$25 per participant and accommodates up to 10 people per one-hour session or a maximum of 100 for private groups.
During the session, the two-time Olympic 200m champion said she will “share personal stories of how I overcame challenging situations on my journey to having a successful athletics career, including winning three gold medals three silver medals and two bronze medals at the Olympic Games and 11 medals at World Championships.”
She added that mental strength techniques to help conquer stress and “consistently triumph in every stressful situation” will also be shared.
