#Doha2019: Jamaica out of men’s 4x100m

Yohan Blake was on the men’s 4x100m team that failed to make the final on Friday (Oct 4)

Jamaica finished fifth in heat one of the men’s 4x100m at the 2019 IAAF World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar.

As a result, the team, which consisted of Oshane Bailey, Yohan Blake, Rasheed Dwyer and Tyquendo Tracey, will not be in the final of the event.

The team crossed the finish line in 38.15 seconds, which was not fast enough to book one of the two non-automatic spots.

Great Britain won the heat in 37.56s, while Brazil (37.90s) and USA (38.03s) were second and third, respectively.
