Jamaica records its first day with no new COVID-19 cases

No new cases of the coronavirus-COVID-19 was recorded in Jamaica on Thursday. The Ministry of Health has reported that all of 228 samples tested over the past 24 hours came back negative.

This is the first day that the country has not reported any new COVID-19 cases since it confirmed its first case in March.

Meanwhile, the number of COVID-19 recoveries have increase to 118.

Jamaican currently has 509 confirmed COVID-19 cases.
