Promoted to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) from Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) are Andrew Lewis, who is employed at the JCF’s Administration Branch; Michael Smith who is at Area Two Headquarters; and Leonardo Brown, who heads the Technology Branch.

The other four promotions move officers from Superintendent of Police (SP) to SSP. These are Stephanie Lindsay of the St Andrew Central Division; Maxine Reaves from the National Police College of Jamaica (NPCJ), Gary McKenzie, head of Westmoreland Division; and Wayne Josephs of the Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB) Headquarters.

All were promoted after a tedious promotion process, which included integrity screening, polygraph, interviews and assessments.
