New York looking to ban virginity test thanks to rapper T.I

Rapper TI drew fire on social media for saying he took his daughter for yearly virginity tests.

We don’t think T.I knew the full ramifications of his decision to share that he had his daughter checked each year to determine the status of her virginity.

It seems that his actions have moved a New York lawmaker, Michaelle Solages, to submit a bill that would in effect prevent medical practitioners from performing or supervising these type of tests on girls.

New York lawmakers are set to consider the bill that would outlaw those types of checks on women outside of a medical scenario.

T.I has since sought to explain his comment after the public backlash but not much changed. His daughter has since unfollowed him and quit social media.
