Pulse, a household name in the fashion industry in Jamaica and across the world, has been in diversification mode in the last few years.
The successful modelling agency has since ventured into the hospitality sector with the Pulse Rooms at Trafalgar in St Andrew, Rooms at Thirty Eight and the flagship Villa Ronai.
However, it seems that Pulse is looking for further expansion into that area as they are now looking at building homes to be sold. With the raising of some $250 million, the plan is to now start the construction of these homes come 2020.
Pulse is seeking to expand its offerings as some of those funds raised will be used to complete work on its Villa Ronai property that is undergoing renovations.
