Waterhouse secured a 2-1 victory at Constant Spring on Sunday to hand Molynes United their third consecutive defeat in the Red Stripe Premier League.
Kenroy Howell scored from distance in the 26th minute with Colorado Murray getting an easy tap in, in the 55th for Waterhouse, as Jeremy Nelson scored a penalty two minutes into second-half added time for Molynes.
The victory enabled Waterhouse to place distance between themselves and Molynes at the top of the points standing, as they move to 23 points, four ahead of second-placed Molynes.
The gap between Molynes and third place has also decreased, as they are now two points ahead of Humble Lion, who are on 17. Molynes started the round four points ahead of Harbour View, who were third then.
Waterhouse ended the match with 10 players, as goalkeeper Akeem Chambers was sent off for a foul committed inside the penalty area. It was his second bookable offence within minutes.
Waterhouse had already completed their three stipulated changes and Nelson converted the resulting penalty kick, sending Shawn Lawes, who went between the sticks, the wrong way. Lawes had played defensive up to that point in the match.
